...But that is what this blog should have been called this weekend. We put plans to work on the bedroom aside and fixed our fence which has been in need of replacing for a while. The forecast was for solid rain this weekend, but the rain gods smiled upon us and held out until late Saturday night, letting us get some work done. Old fence out, holes dug, new posts in....then wait. We were planning on finishing up on Sunday, but we didn't get the quick set concrete that I meant to get so we will have to wait for it to cure (note: 24 hrs is what it takes for concrete to set. As of Monday morning, we have solid set fence posts.).
Part 1 today:
The old fence actually came down fairly easy...it was the posts that took some digging.
She didn't do ALL the digging. Just didn't do any of the picture taking. :)

I was even thrifty on this project. I needed some nails for the braces so I scooped up a bunch that were on the floor of the bedroom!
Posts in and cemented....now we wait
